Group Fitness Classes are included with your membership! However,
you may see a class with "extra charge" next to it.
These are special extra classes that require a small fee to be
paid to the instructor.
CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS
HATHA
FLOW YOGA
A blend of Iyengar and Ashtanga flow. Learn correct alignment
of the body and how to deepen into the breath. This is an intermediate
class; students are encouraged to take a beginning or fundamentals
class before attempting this one.
MAT
PILATES
Rachel Gross is joining us to teach both Mat Pilates and Reformer
classes
SPINNING
This is an indoor cycling workout for all levels, from the beginner
to the elite athlete. Varying class formats include aerobic endurance,
strength, speed, interval training and heart conditioning. Beginners
please arrive 10 minutes early to get oriented to the bike, and
please wear bike shorts. It is recommended that you bring water.
SWEAT
& SCULPT
Christina has designed her class to give you a full body workout.
You will build lean muscle and increase your metabolism and strength
too. Be ready to work hard and have a great time too. This class
is open to all levels.
GENTLE
YOGA
Whether you are an advanced yogi or a beginner this is a great
class for you. This class will teach you the basic principles
of Yoga. This is a great class to learn proper alignment and technique
necessary for injury prevention. Stretching and meditation will
surely make you feel your best.
ZUMBA-Zumba
fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create
a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! We
want people to want to work out, to love working out and to get
hooked! The routines feature interval training sessions where
fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to
tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor
and international zest into the mix and you"ve got ZUMBA!
HARD
CORE-Come join Christina for a great class that includes strength,
balance and more. Cardio, sculpting and FUN!

be aware that the schedule is subject to change. If you are unsure
about trying a class due to inexperience, it is highly recommended
that you speak with the instructor of the class you are interested
in. Our instructors are more than happy to have new students,
and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
