Fall is a time of change and letting go of behaviors that no longer serve us. Fall also is a great time to reset a healthy routine that will carry us through the frenzied holiday season ahead. With the shorter days upon us, it’s the right time to focus on our health and self-care, get lots of quality rest, eat good food, move your body and manage your stress. Whatever your goals are the season ahead, A Sante is here to support you.

Yoga is a Back!
While it’s been challenging recovering from the pandemic, we are grateful to now be open consistently for our community without closures. We are also excited to get the group fitness classes going again and now have a weekly yoga class on the schedule. Tracy’s yoga class is designed to focus on alignment as well as movement and flow with ease. Tracy warms up the body with preparatory poses, lunges, and salutations. She then moves into standing poses and peak pose(s) or specific actions to target certain regions of the body. Following is a calming cool-down. One can expect breath instruction and a final resting pose. Props are provided by the studio and we often use 2 blocks, a blanket, a strap, and a mat. This is a level 1-2 class, using modifications and honoring one’s own body is of utmost importance. Inside the group fitness/yoga room is a Medify Air filter and infrared heat. Please feel free to inquire with any questions before or after class, as Tracy is very approachable. She looks forward to breathing and intentional movement with you!

Cardio/Barre with Katie is an upbeat, high-energy class that combines traditional, lightweight barre exercises with non-stop, fat-burning, metabolic movements.
Yoga with Tracy will revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress by bringing awareness to the breath and gentle alignment to the body.
