- Thursday, June 6th: Spin with Mark (7:30 – 8:30 AM) – IS ON, HEIDI WILL SUB
Also on Thursday, we invite you to join Tracy’s Yoga class at 9:15 AM. You’re in for a treat if you haven’t experienced this class yet. Tracy transforms our group fitness room into a peaceful sanctuary. Let the rhythm of your breath guide you through gentle poses, bringing balance and rejuvenation to your body and mind.
