We have a couple of Group Fitness Updates this week:

SCULPT AND TONE CLASS with KATY:

The SCULPT AND TONE classes with Katy will be canceled this week on Monday, February 19th, and Wednesday, February 22nd.

GENTLE YOGA:

We’re excited to welcome Heather Contach who will be subbing for the GENTLE YOGA class on Thursday, February 22nd. Join us in giving Heather a warm welcome as she guides us through a rejuvenating yoga session from 9:15 – 10:30 on Thursday morning.
