We’ll be closed on Easter Sunday but open again Monday morning. We are so grateful to be OPEN again! Enjoy Easter and the Springtime Sunshine! Thanks to everybody that has come back to the gym, and thank you for doing your part to keep A Sante a safe place to work out. As a reminder, Placer County is still in the “Red Tier” so our guidelines remain in place as per industry guidance. As we move to less restrictive tiers we will adapt the gym accordingly.

Our current business hours are:

We will continue to monitor gym capacity and if needed make changes to the schedule. Please be patient as we continue to adapt to the protocols. We want the gym to stay open so our members can have a safe and consistent place to workout.

AS A REMINDER, the list below covers guidelines we all need to make in order to keep the gym open. Please note that these guidelines are subject to change as needed if we feel they will further enhance the safety of our members.

  • Please STAY HOME if you are sick or have been around anybody that is sick! Fever, coughing, sneezing, etc.
  • Masks or cloth face coverings are required for everyone entering and working out at the gym.
  • Hand Sanitizer is required to be applied by all people entering the gym and will be provided. We’ll have sanitizer located throughout the gym to reapply frequently and/or wash your hands often with soap and water.
  • Practice Social Distancing in the gym and stay at least 6 feet away from others.
  • Wipe Down Equipment as you use it. As you move about throughout the gym, please wipe down surfaces and equipment you’ve touched. We will provide the cleaning materials and our staff wipe down surfaces frequently throughout the day.
  • The Locker Rooms and Sauna will be Closed until Placer County moves to a less restrictive stage. Please come to the gym already dressed to work out.
  • Gym Bags will NOT be allowed in the gym at this time. Please leave all personal items not needed for your workout at home or in your car.
  • One person at a time in the bathrooms. Please wash your hands whenever you use the bathroom.
  • Showers will be made available by appointment only and reservation preference given to those people that are going to work. Please bring your own towel, and store your towel in your car while working out.
  • All Group Fitness classes are canceled until Placer County moves to a less restrictive stage.

We thank you for your patience and welcome your feedback as we continue to adapt the gym to this time. It’s been over one year since we have been able to consistently exercise indoors at a gym. For the long-term wellness of our community, we are so grateful to be open again. Not only is indoor fitness proven to be safe, but exercise can also improve all aspects of physical and mental health. Gyms offer more than a safe place to exercise– they are a place to heal. Fitness is essential and we are glad you’re back!
