Yoga- Barre Class

Begins Thursday, March 22nd at 5:30 pm

Yoga~Barre is a total body fitness routine, utilizing a combination of Yoga, Pilates and dance exercise. With the support of a ballet barre and mat work, Yoga~Barre helps you to create a centered and strong body. Increase your sense of balance, strength, and flexibility as you build the strong and lean muscles. A fun and challenging class set to music.

Mom & Baby Barre Classes

Beginning Thursday, March 15th at 11 am

A class designed for new moms and their ‘bitty’ (pre-mobile) babies. Enjoy reconnecting with your body using small isometric movements, weights, and other props to get you toned and feeling great! Babies may be worn in a carrier or placed in a cozy travel seat.

No prior Barre experience necessary. $10/class.
